What Is Animal Abuse?
An animal is in distress, according to the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act (PCA Act), if it is:
- Deprived of adequate food, water, shelter, ventilation, light, space, exercise, care or veterinary treatment.some text
- Kept in conditions that are unsanitary,
 - Not protected from excessive heat or cold,
 
 - Injured, sick, in pain or suffering , or
 - Abused or neglected

- It allows you to report known or suspected violations of fisheries, wildlife, or environment protection laws.

 - If the situation is not an emergency, you can report the incident online or contact the nearest Conservation Officer Service district office
